Simpl's aim is to remove transaction friction between India's top merchants, and their top users. From offering a one tap checkout, to allowing users to pay for multiple orders at once, Simpl is turning existing conventions upside down, and right side up.

 

Who are we looking for:

 

As a Visual Designer, you are responsible for crafting experiences that are visually compelling, intuitive, and delightful. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with other design team members and interacting with product management and development team members. 

 

Visual Designer is responsible for creating convincible experience storytelling and making visual, video & graphics, for the story and scenarios across a wide array of interactive screens.

 

You will be responsible for bringing UX wireframes alive with detailed interaction design specifications and visuals that will create an amazing user experience.

 

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistent experience across platforms.
  • Collaborate with the other designers to define a strategic vision for expressing the characteristics of the brand with a focus on solving user problems.
  • Deliver brand and product storytelling consistently across channels like websites, e-mailers, landing pages, collaterals and growth campaigns.
  • Work on design systems and in-app UI.
  • Ability to map your design decisions to user needs as well as business
  • Facilitate fresh and inspiring creative direction that helps to communicate through our products.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering & Sales partners to deliver delightful customer experiences.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a visual/communication designer.
  • Demonstrated ability in storytelling and communications, strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to ideate and create communication strategies based on user, brand, industry and research.
  • Strong graphic design skills, demonstrated ability in a portfolio, especially communicating through visual language.
  • Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration.
