About the Role
You will be responsible for the user engagement via personalized promotions.

 

Responsibilities
Ownership of Promotions vertical:

  • Marketing ops: Offer setup on system: Owning cashback setups, defining and adhering to SOPs for cross functional interactions 
  • Point of contact for other departments/stakeholders for any promotions related queries
  • Promotions design : Defining user segments, and creating relevant/personalised promotional journeys
  • Monitoring user engagement, building reports and dashboards of the campaigns made live on Simpl's real estate both web and mobile app
  • Actively work on improving user experience by reviewing current user touch points through copy, design, product enhancements

Expectations:

  • Capability building: Track best practices, industry trends and implement them as required to improve campaign effectiveness and business impact. Suggest process improvements to improve effectiveness of campaigns
  • Team collaboration: Coordination with creative team for creative copy and designs 
  • Engagement analytics: Study data and gather actionable insights
