About the role

 

In this role, you will be responsible for growing Simpl’s payment processing network of 4000+ merchants spanning across large enterprises to upcoming startups. You will also help these merchants adopt new products and features as and when they become available. You will set up processes, tools and teams to keep the merchant experience ‘Simpl’ with a merchant first attitude.

What you will do

  • Hire, manage and scale a team of integration program managers and QAs

  • Become a subject-matter expert in Simpl’s payments products and APIs

  • Assist merchants to integrate with Simpl’s APIs and plugins, including answering product questions, testing and validating integrations, and troubleshooting and solving issues

  • Manage multiple merchants onboarding and provide ongoing support to maintain operational health of our existing merchant integrations

  • Be the voice of merchants into Simpl, by providing feedback into product/engineering team

  • Monitor and analyze available data to identify trends and emerging issues, then take ownership to see them through to resolution before becoming bigger problems

  • Create and maintain tools, documentation, including onboarding, integration, and troubleshooting procedures

  • Support Business Development in the pre-sales phase with technical knowledge & advice

Who you are

  • 8+ years of technology development, solution engineering or related work on tech integrations. Proven track record working with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team 

  • Demonstrates a pragmatic understanding of how technology systems communicate across platforms, how data is stored/utilized, and possess ability to leverage the same to customize implementation models.

  • Strong collaborator with a problem-solving, customer-centric mind-set and demonstrates skills in evaluating situations and identifying multiple solutions.

  • Strong communicator. Can hear the real issues that need to be solved and effectively articulate solutions
