Simpl (Fintech of the year - 2020) is focused on transforming how the people of India deal with money. Its first product is a payment mode that lets users skip traditional forms of payments entirely. Instead, all the transactions get added into a single bill, payable on the 1st and 16th of every month. This way, the checkout process takes less than a few seconds - making it a win-win for merchants and users alike.
In place of traditional forms of identification and authentication, Simpl integrates deeply into merchant apps via SDKs and APIs. This allows for more sophisticated forms of authentication that take full advantage of smartphone data and processing power.
Simpl was founded in 2015 by Nityanand Sharma and Chaitra Chidanand, and went live in 2016.


As an Implementation Program manager, you will drive Simpl's future growth engine by leading strategic clients through the integration process . You will also manage the integrations across the lifecycle of our customers. You will have the opportunity to develop the implementation practice along with our growth and get the chance to build a team over time.

 You will:

  • Own the full onboarding cycle for Simpl's business customers ranging from small to well-known large tech companies

  • Proactively develop and project manage a customer’s integration architecture, change management strategy and timeline

  • Provide feedback and insights to influence Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy  

  • Collaborate with your business counterparts on strategic projects that improve and scale our implementation process and team operations

 Who you are?

  • You have an in-depth understanding of the challenges faced by companies while implementing a technology product and can independently lead a multi party implementation project in a highly consultative and proactive manner

  • You have influenced cross-functional teams (e.g. Product, Engineering, Legal, Sales, etc.) to quickly come up with solutions that achieve customer objectives

  • You have the experience with APIs and ability to explain technical concepts to developers.

  • You are used to project managing customers and holding cross-functional teams accountable to a timeline

  • You constantly strive to improve our users’ implementation outcomes, including launch speed, integration health and user satisfaction

  • You proactively help Simpl understand what factors influence customer success and implement appropriate solutions

  • You have 5+ years of experience working with strategic customers on technology solutions, and ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

   Bonus:
