As the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to Marketing efforts intended to drive interest in our company, product, and services with prospects and customers. You will run your own high-performing, multi-channel lead generation campaigns, owning specific personas and products and contributing to the overall demand generation strategy as set by the Director of Demand Generation To succeed, you’ll need to develop a strong command of our growing market, business goals, changing personas & growing segments, as well as a comprehensive understanding of a cutting edge technology platform.

Success In This Role Includes:
- Own the development, plan, and schedule of both prospect and customer campaigns, including target audiences and campaign messages for assigned personas/products. Plans will incorporate a variety of channels including email, webinars, SEO/SEM, and more.
- Write email copy, blog posts, ad copy, and longer-form content (white papers, etc.) as necessary 
- Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams and ensure that Marketing efforts and resources are positively impacting our sales teams in all assigned segments
- Gather anecdotal and data-driven feedback on the effectiveness of your campaigns and messaging and turn that information into actionable improvements
- Contribute to the goal setting and reporting process for the demand gen team and own MQL goals for assigned segments
- Partner with the Product & Content Marketing teams to develop content & key messages to support campaigns
- Work closely with other groups in the Marketing Department, including our Event/Brand, Design, Operations, and Digital Marketing teams
What Sets You Apart:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications, preferably in demand generation and at a B2B company
- Experience working directly in marketing automation software (e.g. Marketo) and CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) 
- Strong history of campaign building experiences across prospect and customer marketing with strong ROI metrics
- Comfort in adapting to change in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
