The Role and Team
Our Customer Success team represents the core of what we believe in as a company. In addition to ensuring our customers are delighted with our product, our Customer Success Managers serve as the mouthpiece of our most avid users, collecting product feedback and feature ideas so that our Product and Engineering team can prioritize our roadmap accordingly.
We’re looking for a highly intelligent, driven and entrepreneurial individual who wants to get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing startup. As an early member of our small (but mighty!) team, you’ll have a unique chance to help shape the future direction of Customer Success at DataFox.

Here are some ways you'll make an impact:

    • You'll proactively build relationships with DataFox’s most valuable customers. You'll also serve as an internal customer advocate for prioritizing customer feedback and requests for the product team.
    • You'll identify, initiate, and develop thoughtful processes and approaches for increasing renewal rates and decreasing churn.
    • You'll uncover revenue expansion opportunities within existing customer base.
    • You'll manage customer onboarding and training across multiple DataFox products to drive client adoption and engagement.
    • You’ll contribute to defining and crafting the DataFox customer journey.  
    • You'll closely monitor customer health-metrics, identify at-risk accounts, diagnose problems and proactively work with customers to ensure success.
    • You'll work closely with Account Executives to support potential customers in the sales process and deliver smooth onboarding experience.
    • You'll cultivate a deep understanding of the DataFox platform and suite of products to unearth use cases.
    • You’ll own (and be measured by) the renewal, upsell, engagement, and special projects related to your book of accounts.

Are you our next Fox?

    • You've gained a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing or client-service role (CSM, AM, Customer Relationship Manager, etc.), ideally with a growing B2B SaaS technology company. At least 1 year of this has been in Customer Success.
    • You’ve demonstrated a track record of success in meeting renewals goals and expanding business with existing customer base.
    • You're empathetic, with a thoughtful communication style and strong interpersonal skills.
    • You're a results-oriented, motivated self-starter who can effectively prioritize tasks while juggling multiple responsibilities.
    • You have top-notch, structured written communication skills.
    • You're technically savvy and can connect effectively with engineers and product team members.
    • You have knowledge of and experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and Excel.
    • You’ve earned a 4-year BA or BS degree.

Bonus Points:

    • You've gained experience working extensively in spreadsheets, running SQL queries and building dashboards/report for tracking user metrics.
