At DataFox, we're proud of the excellent team we've built, and we're now looking for an experienced and talented Lead Recruiter to drive our established recruitment and people initiatives forward. You'll play an important role in the future of DataFox by helping to build a fantastic company culture and brand that attracts and retains the best talent in the industry.
Primary Responsibilities and Day-to-day

Hire top talent across multiple business functions, including Engineering, Product, Sales, & Marketing
Develop and implement ‘best in class’ recruitment strategies for each business function
Source and identify passive candidates to help build our team
Work closely with our interview teams and leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates
Advise managers and executives on compensation strategies, building an efficient pipeline and proper workforce planning to reach hiring targets
Identify new ways to build awareness of DataFox in new hiring markets
Establish actionable metrics for each stage of the hiring process including candidate experience, pipeline management and candidate quality to support continuous improvement
Provide advice and support for the management team
Take ownership of recruitment, talent management, learning and development, and organizational design
Yours Skills & Experience

5-10 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Previous startup (in-house) experience
Expert (or close to it) sourcer
Excellent written communication skills
High energy, innovative, persuasive
Very organized
Loves to work in teams
