About the Role
The Client Success Operations Specialist will be operating as the primary point of contact for client account-related configuration and operations matters within the FiscalNote client base. The individual will be responsible for executing consistent outreach to customers around certain Client Support matters that arise.  He/she will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs. He/she should collaborate with our Client Success and Sales Operations teams while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
This individual needs to be able to work well with team members both onshore and offshore to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of work in a timely fashion. The position requires the ability to multitask and work under firm deadlines.
Chosen candidates will be provided with in-house product training for the products you will support.
The role will be based on local hours with some flexibility required to cover day-to-day contact with account partners in the United States. 
In this role you would be expected to:
Act as a trustworthy and reliable CQ & FiscalNote brand ambassador
Maintain first class administration on all client accounts
Help with routine client requests such as user ID setup, pulling user lists, running usage reports
Review product usage trends in support of growth and retention
Perform renewal support tasks, including emailing clients to ask for them to sign to renew
Support client hotline, ticket queue, and live chat features during assigned times 
Liaise with the Client Success and Account Management teams 
Provide accurate reports or metrics and work progress to management
Create and provide account servicing process documentation
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, operational efficiency and quality
Receive mentorship from Client Success and Sales Operations team members
To succeed in this role you must have:
University degree or equivalent experience
Proven customer support, account management, or other relevant experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A sound understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and SalesForce
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
The ability to participate in and contribute to group discussions and team meetings confidently
Able to take initiative on projects and new ideas; should have a growth mindset
Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
Strong organizational, time & project management skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to take an initiative
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
