About the Role

To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations to be a part of a fast growing team with the opportunity to support multi-team initiatives including finance, marketing, sales and investments.

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Preparation of ongoing financial, business, and KPI reporting

  • Support strategic initiatives including pricing analysis, building financial models, and performing ad-hoc financial analysis for multiple stakeholders 

  • Automate and create a more robust processes to streamline current business analysis

  • Analyze quantitative performance and report variances versus budget, forecast, and prior year actuals

  • Work closely with teams to analyze respective areas to drive decision making efforts based on data

  • Build financial models and perform ad-hoc financial analysis for various teams

  • Support the forecast and budget life cycle

What We Must Have 

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in business, finance,  or accounting 

  • 5+ years relevant professional experience 

  • Excellent analytical, reporting, data manipulation, dashboard creation, and business intelligence skills.

  • Ability to use data as a storytelling tool

  • Proven ability to work and interact in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities yet still able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy and drive business performance results

  • Experience with SQL 

What is Nice to Have

  • Masters degree in relevant field 

  • Fintech and/or real estate technology experience 

  • Experience with sales operations data analysis support a plus
