To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring an Implementation Specialist to join our team to on-board new and expand implementations with existing software customers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Create a draft investment portal, matching customer’s website styling, prior to Kick-off Meeting.

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to provide a great customer experience during on-boarding of new software customers

  • Schedule and conduct weekly synch meetings for assigned customers to actively assist customer teams with: data imports, platform training,and configure the portal for launch.

  • Actively seek ways to improve the customer implementation experience and refine our processes to share best practices both internally and externally.

  • Work with existing customers to help launch new offerings, load additional past projects, and assist with training and data loading.

What We Must Have

  • 2+ Years experience implementing, configuring and customizing SaaS applications for customers

  • 2+ Years Project Management experience balancing the needs of (10+) projects concurrently and the proven ability to lead internal and external teams to complete project tasks and track statuses

  • Proven ability to master the intricacies of a complex SaaS application and lead customer training

  • Excellent online meeting facilitation skills (e.g. set agendas, schedule meetings, run meetings, track deliverables, record new actions, etc.)

  • Detail oriented personality with an eye for perfection balanced by a desire to get projects finished

  • Process oriented with an ability to both follow and refine processes, improve project efficiencies, reduce time to completion and enhance the overall customer experience

  • Product support aptitude and empathy to respond quickly to requests, listen actively to a customer’s problems, ask clarifying questions to fully understand use cases, resolve problems promptly and escalate for assistance when appropriate

  • Proficient in using Excel for data cleansing, transformation and preparation for import

  • Bachelor’s degree (Additional years of technical implementation and project management experience will be considered in lieu of a degree)

Not Required, But Nice to Have

  • Commercial Real Estate industry experience

  • Finance or Business background or experience implementing, configuring and/or using accounting, ERP, banking, financial or business management solutions

  • Experience defining product enhancements required to address issues and delight customers

  • Experience with ZenDesk or other support ticketing system

  • Experience with HTML, CSS, web development, Javascript and other technical frameworks highly valued.

  • Experience with Trello, Basecamp, Asana or other project management tools
